UK Gov advice is available in at least 35 languages at  Doctors of the World. If your client/student can read, please send the appropriate document to them. Guidance saying that overseas visitors to England, including anyone living in the UK without permission, will not be charged for testing, treatment and vaccination against COVID-19 and that no immigration checks are needed for overseas visitors if they are only tested, treated or vaccinated for COVID-19 has been translated into 40 different languages by the Department of Health and Social Care – they are all on COVID-19 testing, treatment and vaccination free of charge
